2023年5月8日，美國國際貿(mào)易委員會（ITC）投票決定對特定帶有集成樣品瓶適配器的液體轉(zhuǎn)換裝置（Certain Liquid Transfer Devices with an Integral Vial Adapter）啟動337調(diào)查（調(diào)查編碼：337-TA-1362）。

2023年4月6日，美國West Pharmaceutical Services, Inc. of Exton, Pennsylvania、以色列West Pharma. Services IL, Ltd. of Ra?anana, Israel向美國ITC提出337立案調(diào)查申請，主張對美出口、在美進口和在美銷售的該產(chǎn)品侵犯了其知識產(chǎn)權(quán)（美國注冊專利號10,688,295，美國注冊設(shè)計號D767,124、D765,837、D630,732，美國注冊商標號5,810,583），請求美國ITC發(fā)布有限排除令、禁止令。

中國臺灣地區(qū)Advcare Medical, Inc., of New Taipei City, Taiwan、中國廣東Dragon Heart Medical Devices Co., Ltd., of Kaiping City, Guangdong Province, China廣東龍心醫(yī)療器械有限公司、美國Dragon Heart Medical, Inc., of Addison, IL、美國Summit International Medical Technologies, Inc., of Franklin, MA為列名被告。

美國國際貿(mào)易委員會將于立案后45天內(nèi)確定調(diào)查結(jié)束期。除美國貿(mào)易代表基于政策原因否決的情況外，美國國際貿(mào)易委員會在337案件中發(fā)布的救濟令自發(fā)布之日生效并于發(fā)布之日后的第60日起具有終局效力。
